Dwayne is the Pastor-in-Charge for Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC which he planted in 2007. He serves as a pastor's director to the Acts 29 Network. As well as pastoring, Dwayne is a zealous advocate for equipping the next generation of biblical counselors. He serves on the Board to Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written many online publications and is a contributor to Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Transforming Lives through God's Unchangeable Reality (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars).
